Editorial policy

Bold Home Collective aims to make careful, readable work about homes and domestic life. We distinguish explanation from opinion, describe uncertainty where it matters and correct meaningful errors openly.

Accuracy and care

We check factual statements against relevant, reliable material and take care with names, terms and descriptions. Where a subject allows more than one reasonable interpretation, we say so. Our editorial work is not a substitute for professional advice or local requirements when those matter.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial relationship. Any paid, gifted or partner-supported material is clearly identified in context. A partnership does not guarantee coverage, favourable treatment or editorial approval.

Corrections

If a reader spots an error, we welcome a message through the Contact page. We review reported issues and correct confirmed factual mistakes. When a change materially affects a story, we make the correction clear to readers rather than silently changing its meaning.

Illustrations

Some illustrations may be generated with AI. Illustrations are not evidence of a product, room or event, and we take care not to present them as documentary photographs.
